About me
I’m a mixed-methods user researcher with 14 years of experience in tech, starting out in design before focusing on UX research over the last 5 years. I’ve worked in B2C, B2B, and SaaS environments, most recently leading research on AI-powered features at Workday.
I care deeply about making research meaningful, collaborative, and genuinely useful across teams - not just a deliverable at the end, but a process that supports better decisions every day.
How I work
I bring a collaborative, practical and experimental approach to research. I’m always looking for ways to improve how research fits into product development, from how we plan and conduct studies, to how insights are shared and acted on.
What that looks like in practice:
Leading generative and evaluative studies that directly shape product direction
Making insights accessible and actionable through concrete recommendations
Supporting continuous discovery and faster feedback loops
Coaching non-researchers to confidently run lightweight studies, allowing me to focus on strategic research and bigger problem spaces
Building tools, templates and systems that scale (such as insight libraries, recruitment ops, and documentation)
How I collaborate
I love to demystify the research process and bring people into the fold - whether they’re designers, PMs, engineers or marketers. Research becomes more powerful when it’s shared, understood, and used by the whole team.
Some ways I do this:
Collaborative discovery planning, assumption and opportunity mapping and co-analysis sessions
Hands-on workshops that build shared understanding
Insight formats that resonate at all levels of the business
Educational sessions on running interviews, experiments, and sharing findings
Coaching peers and creating space for others to grow
What I Stand For
At the heart of my work is a belief that research should:
Bring clarity to complexity
Be inclusive, empowering, and accessible
Support ethical, user-centred decisions
Make space for learning, not just validation
Help teams build with confidence and empathy
